Green Goddess Salmon Sheet Pan

Instructions

Green Goddess Salmon Sheet Pan:
  1. Preheat oven to 450°F and line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper. Place potatoes in an even layer on prepared baking sheet. Drizzle with oil and season with salt and pepper. Bake for 15 minutes.
  2. Remove potatoes from oven and push to one side. Pat salmon dry with paper towels. Add broccolini and salmon in an even layer on baking sheet. Drizzle broccolini and salmon with remaining oil and season with salt and pepper. Sprinkle dill over salmon. Continue to bake until vegetables are tender and salmon is light golden-brown and internal temperature reaches 145°F, about 10 to 15 minutes.
  3. Top salmon with Good Foods Avocado Green Goddess Dip & Spread and additional dill. Serve with lemon wedges and enjoy.
