Instructions

For Huevos Rancheros:
  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
  2. Heat vegetable oil in a large shallow pan over medium-high heat. Add tortillas and fry until crisp and lightly golden-brown, about 1-2 minutes per side.
  3. Remove and drain on a paper-towel-lined plate. Season each tostada with salt. Repeat with remaining tortillas.
  4. Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add eggs, and season with remaining salt and pepper. Fry to desired doneness.
  5. Top each tostada evenly with refried beans, cheese, pico de gallo, fried egg and Good Foods Chunky Guacamole.
  6. Garnish with cilantro and serve.
