Instructions
For Snowflake Chips:
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- Use a snowflake-shaped cookie cutter to cut about 4-6 snowflakes from each tortilla.
- Place snowflake cut-outs on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Brush gently with olive oil and sprinkle evenly with salt mix.
- Bake, flipping halfway through, until golden-brown and crisp, about 6-8 minutes.
- Place Good Foods Chunky Guacamole in a serving bowl and garnish with pomegranate seeds, goat cheese and mint.
- Serve with snowflake chips.
