Sweet Potato Foil Packets

Instructions

For Sweet Potato Foil Packets:
  1. Preheat grill to medium-high heat or prepare a campfire using wood.
  2. Combine potatoes, oil, salt, chili powder and pepper in a large bowl and toss to coat.
  3. Divide potato mixture evenly among 4 large sheets of heavy-duty aluminum foil. Bring edges of foil together, folding to seal tightly.
  4. Place foil packs on grill and close grill lid. If cooking over a campfi re, place packs directly over coals.
  5. Cook, shaking packs occasionally, until potatoes are tender, about 20-30 minutes.
  6. Carefully open packs and sprinkle with cheese. Top with lettuce, onion and bacon.
  7. Dollop with Good Foods Chunky Traditional Guacamole and sour cream.
  8. Serve and enjoy!
