Instructions

For The Lettuce Wraps:
  1. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Add ground turkey and onion, and cook, breaking up into small crumbles with a wooden spoon as it cooks.
  3. Cook for about 8 minutes, until turkey is cooked through and begins to brown.
  4. Stir in taco seasoning.
  5. Layer cooked turkey, cheese, Pico de Gallo and cilantro in lettuce leaves.
  6. Top with Good Foods Chunky Traditional Guacamole and serve.
