Instructions
For Southwest Salad in a Jar:
- In a 32 oz glass jar, add the Avocado Salsa in the bottom. This will help prevent the other ingredients from getting soggy.
- Next, layer the black beans, cucumber, tomato, feta, chicken, and romaine.
- Place the lid on the jar and refrigerate until ready to eat.
