Instructions

For Onion Chips:
  1. Preheat oven to 400℉. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Spread the cheese in an even layer over the parchment paper.
  3. Arrange the onion slices in an even layer.
  4. Brush the onions with the olive oil, then sprinkle on the garlic powder, salt, dill, and pepper.
  5. Bake for 25-35 minutes, until the center of the pan starts to turn golden. Let cool for 10 minutes to allow the cheese to harden.
