Grilled Hot Honey Chicken Skewers
Smoky, spice-rubbed chicken gets grilled to a light char, then brushed with hot honey for a sweet, fiery glaze. Enjoy them straight off the skewer with a generous spread of Good Foods Feta Cucumber Dip, fresh parsley and a squeeze of lemon to finish. Instructions
Grilled Hot Honey Chicken Skewers:
- Combine olive oil, garlic powder, smoked paprika, onion powder, salt, and pepper in a large bowl. Add chicken, and toss until evenly coated. Thread chicken onto skewers and set aside.
- Preheat grill or grill pan to medium-high heat. Grill skewers, turning occasionally, until chicken is cooked through and lightly charred, about 10-12 minutes. Remove from heat, and brush chicken generously with hot honey. Let sit for at least 5 minutes.
- Spread Good Foods Feta Cucumber Dip onto a serving platter, and top with chicken skewers. Garnish with parsley, and serve with lemon wedges.
