Instructions

Avocado Green Goddess Breakfast Panini:
  1. Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add eggs and sprinkle with salt and pepper, cook until bottoms are just set, about 3 minutes. Flip eggs, and cook until whites are set and yolk is still slightly runny, about 1-2 additional minutes. Top eggs with cheese slices and remove from heat.
  2. Preheat a panini press. Lightly butter one side of each slice of sourdough.
  3. On unbuttered sides, spread a generous layer of Good Foods Avocado Green Goddess Dip. Layer with turkey, bacon and eggs. Top with remaining bread slices, buttered sides facing out.
  4. Place sandwiches onto panini press, and close press. Cook until bread is golden and crisp and turkey is warm, about 3-5 minutes.
  5. Slice sandwiches in half and serve warm.
