Crispy Smashed Potatoes
These golden, crispy smashed potatoes are the perfect shareable side dish! Baby potatoes are boiled, smashed, and roasted until perfectly crisp, then seasoned with garlic, red pepper flakes, and plenty of salt and pepper. Serve with Good Foods Avocado Green Goddess Dip & Spread for a fresh, herby finish. Ready in under an hour and serves 6.

Instructions
Crispy Smashed Potatoes:
- Preheat oven to 400°. Line rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper. Place potatoes in a large pot and cover with cold salted water. Bring to a boil over medium-high heat. Cook potatoes until fork-tender, about 15 minutes. Drain potatoes and pat dry with paper towels.
- Place hot potatoes in an even layer on prepared baking sheet. Using the bottom of a measuring cup, smash potatoes until skin has just broken. Drizzle with oil and sprinkle with garlic powder and crushed red pepper fl akes. Season with salt and pepper, to taste.
- Bake until potatoes are golden-brown and crisp, about 35-40 minutes. Garnish with Parmesan, and serve with Good Foods Avocado Green Goddess Dip & Spread.
