Grilled Kebabs with Spicy Tzatziki:
- Slice the steak into ½” cubes. Place the steak in a large zip top bag. Add the garlic, onion powder, soy sauce, balsamic vinegar, oil, and pepper. Shake well, then place in the fridge to marinate for at least 30 minutes, up to overnight.
- Preheat the grill or griddle to high heat and brush the grates with olive oil. Thread the steak onto skewers. Cook for 2 minutes on all four sides, until slightly charred.
- Serve the steak on a pita, with lettuce, tomato, onion, and a generous drizzle of Good Foods Spizy Tzatziki Dip.
