Instructions

Spicy Tzatziki Gyro Bowl:
  1. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Toss chicken with olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, oregano, cumin, salt and pepper until evenly coated.
  2. Add seasoned chicken to skillet and cook, stirring occasionally, until golden-brown and cooked through, about 6-8 minutes.
  3. Divide lettuce evenly among serving bowls. Top with cucumbers, tomatoes, red onion, chicken and toasted pita pieces. Drizzle generously with Good Foods Spicy Tzatziki Dip.
  4. Garnish with chopped parsley and a squeeze of lemon.
