Instructions

For The Burrito Bowl:
  1. Combine chicken and Good Foods Avocado Salsa together in 5-quart slow-cooker.
  2. Cover and cook on high for 4 hours, until tender.
  3. Shred chicken into bite-sized pieces using two forks or tongs.
  4. Divide rice among 4 bowls.
  5. Top with beans, shredded chicken, pico de gallo, Good Foods Chunky Guacamole, cheese and additional cilantro.
  6. Serve and enjoy.
