Instructions
For The Burrito Bowl:
- Combine chicken and Good Foods Avocado Salsa together in 5-quart slow-cooker.
- Cover and cook on high for 4 hours, until tender.
- Shred chicken into bite-sized pieces using two forks or tongs.
- Divide rice among 4 bowls.
- Top with beans, shredded chicken, pico de gallo, Good Foods Chunky Guacamole, cheese and additional cilantro.
