Margarita Grilled Chicken

Instructions
For Margarita Grilled Chicken:
- Combine chicken, half of the Good Foods Avocado Salsa and margarita mix in a resealable plastic bag. Seal and refrigerate at least 30 minutes or up to 2 hours.
- Preheat grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.
- Remove chicken from bag. Pat dry with paper towels and discard marinade. Season chicken evenly with garlic powder, salt and pepper.
- Grill chicken, flipping halfway through, until juices run clear and an internal temperature of 165°F has been reached, about 8-9 minutes per side.
- Remove from grill and allow to rest at least 3 minutes before slicing.
- Top chicken evenly with pico de gallo and remaining Good Foods Avocado Salsa.
- Garnish with cilantro and serve.

Serve margarita chicken with rice and beans to make it a festive meal!
