One-Pan Shrimp And Rice

Instructions
For The Shrimp And Rice:
- In a large skillet over medium heat, add olive oil. Once the pan is hot, add onion and peppers. Cook until soft, about 5 minutes. Add garlic and cook 1 more minute.
- Add shrimp and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Cook about 5 minutes or until shrimp are tender and pink.
- Stir in cooked rice and Good Foods Avocado Salsa.
- Serve warm and garnish with cilantro, lime juice. Salt and pepper to taste. Enjoy!
