Instructions

For The Shrimp And Rice:
  1. In a large skillet over medium heat, add olive oil. Once the pan is hot, add onion and peppers. Cook until soft, about 5 minutes. Add garlic and cook 1 more minute.
  2. Add shrimp and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Cook about 5 minutes or until shrimp are tender and pink.
  3. Stir in cooked rice and Good Foods Avocado Salsa.
  4. Serve warm and garnish with cilantro, lime juice. Salt and pepper to taste. Enjoy!
